There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a Bozeman real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

BACKGROUND: Sandy Lee earned her real estate license in 1985 and earned her broker license in 1995. She was named Realtor of the year for her Association in 2001 and holds her ABR & GRI designations.

COMPETITIVE EDGE:Sandy has vast knowledge of the area. Her ability to listen to needs and wants, and her attention to details help buyers and sellers alike to achieve their goals. She knows that the purchase and/or sale of property is one of the greatest (and most difficult) experiences there is and enjoys guiding people through the process with her honesty, frankness, professionalism and humor.

EDUCATION: Sandy graduated from Bozeman Senior High School and attended Montana State University majoring in business. She continues to grow in her real estate knowledge by attending continuing education classes. She knows that it is in her clients best interest to supply them with as much information as possible.

COMMUNITY SERVICE & PROFESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT: Sandy is very involved in her community. She currently serves on the Belgrade City/County Planning Board andis a member of the Belgrade Chamber of Commerce. Sandy also is a member of the National, Montana and Gallatin Association of REALTORS and the Southwest Montana Multiple Listing Service and currently serves on the Government Affairs Committee for the Gallatin AssociationofREALTORS.

PERSONAL: Sandy is a fourth-generation Gallatin Valley native. She and her husband, Skip, have two grown children. Sandy enjoys spending her non-work time in the outdoors whether it is gardening, fishing or hiking. She also enjoys reading, travelling to be with her grandchildren and entertaining friends and relatives.
